Afternoon all,
Our company is currently going through an assessment of our service desk tools and I have been asked to clarify whether Atlassian Cloud Products (Jira / Confluence / Jira-Service Desk) complies with the below standards:
- WCAG 2.1 AAA
- EN 301549
- WCAG 2.1 A
I've had a scout online and can find Atlassian’s accessibility documentation titled for their Server and Datacentre products which states WCAG 2.0 AA but nothing specifically for their cloud environments.
Could I please ask for a little help in trying to understand whether these standards also apply to the Atlassian Cloud products and whether there's anything in the pipeline to advance the WCAG accreditation to version 2.1 in the future?
Hi Matthew, I think this is something you're best off raising a support ticket for - http://support.atlassian.com/.
Previously when working on accessibility compliance projects for Jira, JSD and Confluence, it normally involves using server and then a number of add-ons to tweak gaps by modifying the html/css/js.
HI Matthew, the best page to track our Accessibility compliance is https://www.atlassian.com/accessibility. We're currently reviewing the relative priority of additional Accessibility work as part of our FY20 planning discussions including adding Cloud VPATs to this page.

Thanks Peter,
So am I right in my interpretation that the VPAT documents on the page at the moment relate only to server / datacentre versions of the application suite and do not necessarily apply to cloud?
