I would like to be able to set the assignee field to a certain agent based on which Customer submits the ticket.
It could either be on a per customer basis or a per organization basis.
you can use built in Automation feature.

When: Issue Created
If: Reporter = xxx
Then: Edit Issue, Assignee = yyy
In the automation section, there is no way I can see to set the Reporter =. I can set the User Type=Customer, but that's about as granular as it gets,
