Custom URL for customer portal

Is it possible to configure a custom URL, something like https://support.companydomain.xx , which links to our service desk customer portals?

Hi Benjamin, it is not possible to customize a URL in Cloud due the Restricted Functions.

Taking into account what Rodrigo wrote, you can probably have IT to automatically redirect https://support.companydomain.xxx to your Service Desk. 

It's not perfect but could be enough for allowing users to have a simple URL to remember.
