Is it possible to have a link that takes the customer to the request in the Customer Service Portal. I added a link to the home page using the Customer Notifications per the Text Formatting Notation Help. Want to see if I can take them right to their request.

Go to Raise a Ticket (as shown on attached image) --> Go to your respective application --> Right click on the request types associated with the application and right click to get link.
