When I go to our confluence or Jira space, I can't have access to our account and I receive the following message - "Your Atlassian Cloud subscription hasn't been renewed. If you are the site administrator, please check the status of your account on my.atlassian.com."
Moreover, when The admin guy want to renew our subscription, We haven't any datas or historic. It would be huge problem for us if we lost all our datas :(

In fact, our credit card was expired. The support unlocked our workspace for 1 day in order to modify our bill information and have access to all our datas. Then everything is now as it should be :)
