For one reason or another, I am looking for a way to ensure customers can only manage support tickets via the JIRA service desk portal and not via email.
Is there any way to disable the "reply to comment" feature for support tickets?

Currently, there is no option to disable the responses through email. If we disable the outgoing email, customers and agents won't receive emails.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

An option is to edit the template of the customer notifications and add a message as the example below:
