I would like to disable the generic Atlassian Jira notifications which are sending for every ticket logged - and only retain those sent by the Service Desk.
Can this be done as I find these of no value and just spamming the client.
Using Cloud version.
I don't know how it works in cloud but in server you can go to your notification scheme under your project settings and change the settings.

Jira service desk have a customer notification that you can edit in project settings.

Same in Cloud - that part has not diverged from server yet (although Jira 8 is getting personal notification controls)
