Hi All. I want each completed satisfaction survey result to be emailed to a DL list. Is there a way to do this in Jira?
Also, is there a way to change the email address used when the satisfaction survey is sent to customers?

Currently, it's not possible to send an email with the survey results.
We do have a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

Related to the email address used to send the survey to customers, it's the same email that sends other notifications, so if you want to change for the notification to be sent from an email of your domain, you can follow the steps of the documentation below:

Is it possible for Surveys to use a specific email address instead of the main one for other notifications? We want notifications to continue coming from our support address but surveys from a custom survey DL.

The only way to change the email that sends the surveys is changing the project email, and it will change for all other notifications.
When we set the resolution of a ticket, the customer received the notification that the ticket was resolved and also the survey, so the address that sends the notification is the same.
