Hide JSM Portal Options

I need to hide a JSM portal option/tile on our main page. Its an old project that is no longer being used. 

I don't want to remove customer group access or change to a software project since our customers will loose access to their historic tickets. 

I've seen options for cloud  but not data center. 

Any ideas or options? Thanks!
