I'm 8 hours into what should not take so much time. I set up a new Service Project for a new client, and I was eventually able to add a custom email address to my account, but I can't figure out where I can change the email address associated with the project from the default @atlassian.com to the email address I spend hours getting to work in my account. Anyone have any idea? The documentation I found doesn't match up with what I'm seeing in the settings section of my project.
@PHC Admin Great feedback. I believe everything is going out on the main address but the reply to email gets set to the service desk email address.
I just realized that the notifications I get show an @atlassian email address as the 'from' but if I hit reply in my email client, they are being sent to the address I set up. So I guess this is working - I think the from should actually show the project's email address, or at least Atlassian should indicate this discrepancy in the documentation.

This is the "Email Requests" screen, where I was able to set up the email (although I understand I'll have to re-do for OAuth at some point, but for now I just would like to get it working.

This is how the emails are being sent:

And this is how many different "answers" when I do a Google Search:

And I can't seem to figure this out.
