How to bulk import test cases from Zephyr(CSV) to Xray using Xray test Cases importer?

I am unable to import the test cases to X ray using test case importer. Please find the attached screenshot of test data/Excel. I am getting some errors . All the test cases are exported from zephyr, we are migrating them to X ray and we are having issues with this. Can you please help us ASAP with this ?

we are getting below errors:

"customfield_10500": "Field 'customfield_10500' cannot be set. It is not on the appropriate screen, or unknown."

Did you make sure the field is added to screens in the destination project where you are importing?
