Hi! I'd like to to put the URL of the relevant ticket in the automation message.
Since this message is for customers, I would be happy to insert the Jira service desk's URL.
Please tell me how to do it.
Currently I've set like that but i don't think it can jump to JIRA service desk.

Brant is correct, the syntax is {{issue.url.customer}}. However, I believe that it is currently not working for NextGen Service Management Projects. We are tracking that issue here: AUT-2084
