I have a problem about automation role for "user has access site" (not have service desk license).

When I use automation to create sub task by user role "user has access site", It's not work, the automate rule can't create sub task as I expect. 

I got error as picture below

How to solve the issue? Thx in advance.

Could be a few problems, first thing to check is that the project(s) you're writing the rule for 
can use sub-tasks - so you'll want to check the issue types available for the project. 

The other problem could be that "user has access to site" isn't the (only) permission used to create issues. You do need that one, but you also need this Permission for whatever role you're using..

can you check to make sure the Actor (in rule details) is set to Automation for Jira?
