Is there a way of filtering queues within a ServiceDesk?

I am new to JIRA ServiceDesk and currently creating a number of queues for my teams.

We have decided to set up a queue per team (1st line support, 2nd line support etc) but I cannot see a way for a user to filter tickets within the view other than editing the view.

An example:

I have a view called 1st Line Support and I task a member of the team to concentrate on one client - is there a way within the 1st Line Support view that someone can filter and see just the tickets reported by an individual?

Hope this makes sense.
