I have users who are unable to sign into the Android app. Upon logging my self out (on Android), I am also blocked from signing in. After entering my email address, it say's "Opening your Single Sign-On provider", but then open's to a blank screen. This issue has made the android app useless.
I just had an IOS user sign out and back in without issues. After "Opening your Single Sign-On provider" message, he is redirected to our SSO endpoint, which is setup through ADFS.
I'm able to connect via the the browser, this is the workaround I've advised to our users.
Are there any settings that could cause, specifically the android app, from navigating to the SSO endpoint?
Jira Android and iOS Apps already support OAuth and all SSOs
If it's SSO add-on from 3rd party or mobile app from 3rd party then it should be problem on 3rd party side I think.

Thanks for the response.
We're using ADFS to host our SSO endpoint.
This was working previously, and our Sys admin has confirmed nothing has changed with the SSO.
Our SSO works on mobile browser (Android) and with IOS version of the same app.
The mobile app we are using is published by Atlassian, so I don't have any other third parties to reach out to.
Any other information or ideas would be appreciated!

My suggestion is to download the 3rd party mobile app called mobile jira. Generate a personal API token and sign in without SSO. I was able to do this. It doesn't have the same look and feel but it at least lets you see the projects and tickets. Hope this helps.

Hi, Is there any solution for this problem? We are not able to access Jira Cloud or Confluence Cloud using mobile app on Android (version 9) or accessing Confluence Cloud from iOS (13.1.3). It only works Jira Cloud on iOS.
On Android we are receiving error: Opening your Single Sign On provider..., on iOS we are receiving (We couldn't log you in - Wait a moment and try again).
We also try adding user agent for Chrome on ADFS, but doesn't help:
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, we are experiencing the same issues on Android and IOS 13.1.3. A blank screen after being redirected from ADFS. Any updates coming up soon?

Unfortunately, not yet.
They are currently testing the Android fix, still a few weeks out.

@Mike Otto I am the Lead of the Jira Mobile team. Would you mind sending us some pictures so we understand better the problem. We are going to be releasing really soon a fix for SSO but I just need to confirm that it is the same problem that you are talking about,
You can send us an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com and I will answer you if we will have it fix soon ;)
