In the roadmap itself you can set the dependency between epics, the type of link that is created is "blocks", this is not configurable for Free and standard plans (However, in the premium and enterprise plans, you can establish the relationships because they are configurable). Regarding the detail of the tasks of the epics in the roadmap, clicking on each epic, you can see the detail on the right side as shown in the image.
