JIRA Service Desk - Where are stored Notification Template in the database

Hi all,

I have an update to do on the notification email template (the main mail template, not the notification rule message).

I have no idea where I can find the template text in the database.

Is someone knows where these values are store in database ?

Hey, Nicolas! Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

I believe the templates are saved in the Jira install directory, more exactly, "<jira_install/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/templates/email/". They're Apache Velocity templates which is the engine used by Jira.

I had already found this article, but I'm not able to exploit these mail templates.
We finally made changes project per project.
