I have an admin user asking for a "Jira Support Entitlement Number" to submit a support ticket, but when I go to the documented location I get the message "You do not have any product licenses" instead of a page which includes this data. Your documentation or licensing page appear to be out of date, so where do I go now to retrieve this information?

Hello there,

The website to retrieve the licenses you've got under your account is this one: https://my.atlassian.com/

In case there's nothing listed there, then it means that your account (e-mail address) is not the one that holds the license/SEN. In this case I'd recommend you to check it internally in your Company to find out who bought the license or cloud subscription.

As of Feb 2017 the documentation page still says you can find the SEN in the Administration>Applications page.

If you don't have a licence, you won't have a SEN.  You need to licence the JIRA (even with an evaluation) in order to be entitled to support.
