We have an old Jira-account for a Swedish organization. In there, we have a project we would like to move to the Global Jira account.

How do I do this? It seems impossible to export only one project.

Hi Karl-Anders Bringfeldt,

Thank you for your question.

I can confirm that Project Configurator is only compatible with migrating configuration or complete projects between Jira Server instances.

This means that if you wish to migrate configuration or complete projects from a cloud instance then you would need to a copy of the cloud instance and restore it on a server version before you can use Project Configurator to migrate the data.

You may also find the guide which Atlassian produce on merging Jira Cloud instances which is located here as a useful reference guide for the process that should be followed.

Hello,

You have to restore your Cloud instances to Server instances. Then use Configuration Manager or Project Configurator to move the project from one Jira instance to the other and then restore the required instance back to Cloud
