Guys, i really don't know what to do more with current problem.... The work of the whole our company (38 people) is stopped for already three days. There are totally no answers in support from 04.12. I have left 3 tickets and no answers.... Absolutely no support, this is the worst experience i have ever had.
The problem is: On 04 december we discovered that the Atlassian Cloud site "Pampadu.atlassian.net" is currently unavailable. All our work and the accumulated database became unavailable. The work of the whole team (38 people) is stopped. For reasons unknown to us, jira have not charged monthly license fee. There were no email notifications about any problems. We didn't shanged billing information for the last months. I ask to reactivate the license and debit the payment using the previously indicated payment data, which have always been used for payment.
