Hi We have already using Attlassian (Jira Service Desk, Comfluence and Jira Software. We want to use Atlassian with Azure SSO. According to the information seems that we have to upgrade the account , before to try the SSO. I am looking for information about how to upgrade the account. I selected the trial option from Directory-> User provisioning-> and now I see the option to Sync user with external directory. Is it requested for the SSO in Azure. I have the link information from MS for the SSO just trying to clarify the Attlassian part.
The product you need is Atlassian Access https://www.atlassian.com/software/access/
This is an additional product that you add on.
If you look at the page for Jira Software you see that its not included unless you are running on an enterprise (not likely) https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing
Thanks for your reply I tried the access trial and apparently it provide two options SSO and user provisioning with external. We want to use SSO with Azure so we do not need to create a directory for synchronizing the users.

I am not sure that I understand your question here but users will need to be synchronized between Azure and Atlassians User Directory even with SSO as all the functions in the system requires the users to be in the user directory for them to work.
