Automatically adding new users to Service Desk Organisation

I have users added into a Group in atlassian and then that group is my organisation in Service Desk. However, when we add new users to the atlassian platform, they are added to the Atlassian group, but NOT the organisation. Do i really have to manually add all new users into the organisation?

Hey Alex!

I haven't seen any functionality like that in JIRA cloud. I believe you can accomplish this with Scriptrunner for Jira Cloud.
