I need to begin an SLA based off the addition of a specific request participant.  I don't see participant in the standard drop down list.  Is this do-able, possibly through automation settings?  I see this info on SLA Trigger but it doesn't look like it will work for SLA start, only breached:

Hi @Pete P ,

There is not trigger available to make the timer start or stop based on the addition of a request participant.

As you correctly noticed, you can use automation to inspect changes of the Request Participant field. You could use that to trigger a transition in the workflow (something like "VIP track"), which then in turn CAN start an SLA timer.

I can imagine this may require some further thinking and/or elaboration, but I guess it might work.
