Greetings
Can you please assist with some of the filters my colleague has created
he has created a filter and every morning it goes back to default and we don't know what is causing that, has anyone experienced something like this before?
this is the default filter: that he gets in the morning and its not what he has on his created filter
this is what he created and saved it
I have never observed a filter changing on its own and see no way this would happen. I would suggest a test. Create a new filter independent of the other and save it yourself. Place a dated description in the description too. See if it sticks over 24hr. Also, suggest you switch to JQL and analyze. Use a different name for sure. I assume this is only happening to the one filter?
Hi Jack thank you ill try to create a test one or even better try to create a new filter and save it and delete this problematic one and see if that will resolve the issue

You know I’m not sure the filter is actually changing TBH. If you compare the results of the two are they the same? If you look at the JQL it may be they are functionally the same. For instance your first indicates “all” statuses and the second simply appears to list all statuses out. So it is likely the SW is simply translating the filter differently but is functionally the same. Maybe...

Hi Jack what is "TBH" and "SW"
the results are not the same
Yes we want to see Issues that are resolved not all status
hence the one state status we only want to see "resolved, Done, Completed and Rejected"
the status all its the one the filter changes to and we dont want that results .
The out come of this filter its must show calls resolved within the given date

Sorry... TBH = to be honest, SW = software
As an aside, I might recommend this JQL to simplify things...
project in (a,b,c) and statuscategory = done and ....
the key point is in bold. If you want all projects then just leave the project piece off altogether.
