With the help of any tool, can the client be allowed to change the author of the request when it is created on the portal?

Hello AbyzovaAV,

On Jira Service Desk, customers don't have the permission to modify any field on the customer portal after the ticket is created. This is related to permission and also the design of the portal does not allow this, because administrators can't modify fields in the portal, this is only possible in the agent view.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability for customers to create tickets on behalf of their colleagues:

Спасибо за ссылки, но это, к сожалению не решает проблемы(

У меня так и не получилось решить это каким-либо стандартным инструментом и пришлось придумать кое-что другое)
