Hi
I need to resolve some issues linked to a "mother issue" when I set that "mother issue" in the status "Resolved".
The problem appears when some of the "children issues" are "in progress" or "open" the automation doesnt work.
My workflow: open > in progress > resolved
What automation do you have?
Also when you say "Mother Issue" do you mean Sub-Tasks?

I mean that I need to resolve some linked issues when I manually resolve the issue that they are linked to.
Im using the default automation software on jira.

Closing automatically issues can be done between parent and child tickets.
I never read anywhere it can be done with linked issues @Adrian Criado .
Let me tag an Atlassian Engineer @Daniel Eads who can correct me if I am wrong.

I've just realised how to do it and it works perfectly with Automation, when a linked issue is transitioned, the other linked issues take the same status. Thanks.

Thank you so much for sharing the solution @Adrian Criado ! When you say default Automation you mean without using a plugin?
Thank you for accepting my answer even though you found the solution yourself.

@Adrian Criado I have the same question. Do you mind sharing your solution? Thanks
