Hello everyone,
I would like my issues from the Jira Service Management project A to be closed when my issues from the Jira Software project B are closed as well.
We link the issues together and this would avoid having to close all linked tickets manually.
I can't get the rule to work with two projects of a different Jira product. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or if it's not possible to use automation for two different workflows of two different products.

What does the audit log for the rule say when you close an issue in project B that is linked to an issue in project A?
Hello, thank you for your answer, I specify that:
-I am the actor as admin
-the transitions in the 2 workflows (JS project A and JSM project B) are well configured so that the statuses change correctly from one to the other.
