How to set a Public Form in Jira Service Desk?
Hi guys,
I need a some help to set my form in Jira service desk enable to No Jira Users (people without Jira account) to send requests or bugs.
That's posible?
I enable this field, but doesn't work :(

Hi Pedro, it is certainly possible. I suspect what is missing is that you haven't changed the global permissions.
In server
- Goto
> Applications > JIRA Service Desk Configuration. - Click Yes under Public Signup
In cloud
- Goto > Products > Jira Service Desk Configuration
- Click Yes for both questions under Customer Permissions
That should get things up and running for you.
