I need an automation in a project to stop the SLA of a parent issue when a child issue is created
Is there any possibility that there is an automation for this, or some JQL?
You cannot stop the SLA of a Task base on what happen to another Task. SLA will start, pause or stop only following event toward the task the SLA is on.
What you can do it to make the child task to update the parent in order to make the parent pause/stop the SLA depending on the configuration of your SLA.
Let say your SLA stop when the task is assigned, so when a sub-task is created you can assign the parent using automation, this will stop the SLA.

Basically, the SLA can be started, stopped or paused for the following events only:
So, like @Florian Bonniec suggested, if you can update the parent ticket whenever the sub-task is created, you can control the SLA accordingly.
Hope this helps.
