Hello,

For a customer to be able to invite someone to service desk the portal has to be in the open configuration where everyone can access it.

I do not want my portal to be open to everyone but I do want to allow my customers to invite anyone.

Is this possible? Would I need an add-on?

Lara,

Customers don't have the ability to invite anyone. However, when they share an issue with a customer by typing in their email address and the system finds that the shared person(s) isn't in the system, a new customer will be created and issue shared.

Hi Victor,

I was refering to sharing, That option you put only works if your service desk is open to the world. I was asking if there was a workaround with a closed jira (only the customers I have put in ) to be able to share an issue with someone from outside.
