We bought licences for Jira service desk and we would like to create a JIRA software poject on the same server.
Can an agent use the Jira software project with a Jira service desk licence or have we to buy new Jira licence for this projetc?

If a user wants to use features from Jira Service Desk and Jira Software, then this user needs two licenses: one for Jira Service Desk and one for Jira Software.
But if a user wants just to see issues in a Jira software project, then the user does not need a Jira Software license. Jira Service Desk license will be enough.

Hello, what features are active if you buy both licences? and what others not?
I have the same query... in my case we want to track the incidents rised from customers and conigure SLAs internally in our Jira´s services, in order to track and push the requirements. This is possible only buying Jira Service Desk Licence?
The other users in my organization have a free licence in JIRA Software (less than 10)
