Did you mean:

Not change status on a project.

Mustafa Aydemir November 22, 2022

Hi Automation commuity

I have this automation to change status from ("Til test/godkendelse ved kunde") to ("Færdig").

How can add new if statement that says don't change status on a specifically project?

Hi @Mustafa Aydemir , I'm a bit confused here. In your current rule, it appears you are only going to execute the actions for the SD project. If you wanted to execute this for all projects, except one project, then he would simply change to "project != X...". Also, I assume this is a global rule. Again, if you only wanted to run it on a single project, then the rule should be associated with that project alone.

however, I think I'm missing something here. Can you please elaborate.

Hi @Jack Brickey

This SD project is a service desk and we have a automation that changes our status from "at customer" to "done".
But here i don't want to change status for project x because they are in a "accept period". Is there anyway to that in this global automation?

I hope it makes sense.

My english is not the best :)

Regards
Mustafa
