Possibility for Dev to see the Service Desk Ticket

Is it possible for a developer in a software project (no sd agent) to see (and maybe comment) the orignal bug ticket in the servicedesk project?

Found this article, but this doesn't work.

Hi Martin,

Make sure they are in the Service Desk Team project role. And make sure that project role has the Browse Project permission.
