Investigating the following question: if a user only has a Jira Software Cloud (Standard) license, then what options may be available to him when working with service projects (JSM). Can anyone suggest some resource to explore this issue? The reverse side of this question is also of interest: if a user only has a JSM Cloud license, then what options may be available to him when working with software projects (JS)?
