Goal:
Reassign tickets that have been in a specific status for over 14 days
Set up:
Run once a day
JQL: status = Escalated AND updated <= -14d AND assignee in (5e0e4c795361330daaeaa03a)
Then edit issue field assignee
Problem:
Automation runs but receive: "no actions performed" in the Audit log.
I have validated the JQL query and it says that I have 1 issue found. (today)
I visually view my queue and see the issue.
I manually run the automation and nothing happens.

Is this checkbox checked? I think you should uncheck this check box and this will solve your issue.

okay stupid question but does the user you are reassigning it to have the assign permission in the project?

no stupid questions, sometimes it's the little things. Just confirmed that they do have that permission.
