i have a customer who has requested a full list of the issues they have raised via the portal, in an excel format. can this be done by exporting from the issues list?

i cant see that option on the customer permissions screen. If the customer does have access to browse the issues, will they be able to change or edit the issues raised or is it purely to view them?

Looks like need add customer user 'app access'. But will be careful it affect to license count of active users.
You can adjust 'project permission' scheme to disable edit issue for role https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/project-permissions-868982873.html
