Hi guys,
right now all of our jira user with license for servicedesk can see all organisations and the added customers (incl. mailadress) to this specific organisation.
Is there a way to restrict this view, so agents can only see the queues and tickets in servicedesk but not the organisations and customers?

No, the view of organisations has no restriction functions - any agent can see all the organisations.

that's a pity :-( We really need a feature to restrict the view on organisations and the customers because we want to enable partners to support in our servicedesk and not all partners should have access to the data of all customers.
There is also no known workaround for this?
