Request Type as link in JIRA PORTAL

Hello!

I need to do a link to another system in my jira service desk portal. When my costumer access the portal and click in ABCD they redirect automatically do the new link.

is like a Hyperlink, but this function dosen't work.

Not sure what you really want but you can only add links in the announcement banner, Help and instructions field in a request type, description field of the fields within the request type or introduction text in the portal settings.

You can use this code to create a link: [link name|http://example.com]

If you want to go to a portal from a second project it will automatically added in the help center page where all the portals will be visible depending on your settings at project settings > customer permissions

there is some way to automatic refresh this page, after customer clicks in type request?

You can use the announcement banner to provide users with the new link there, but I do not believe you can make a request type a link.
