I have a project where there are different request types.
I have users who need to be Service Desk Agents for some request types, but for other request types I want them to only have portal access.
If there a way to direct Service Desk Agents to the portal rather than the Jira issues?
@Vaughan Rivett - I am sorry but we don't have the ability to restrict access for agents within a project.
For the scenario you have explained, I would recommend creating a separate project and setting different permissions on these projects.
