I've enabled SSO with Azure AD for our helpdesk, but when an end user goes to view the portal it doesn't redirect them to the SSO login, instead it asks for a password. Is there any way to enable SSO for end users to use when going to the portal to raise a support ticket?
The SSO option is only available for Atlassian Account users. Currently, the customers are stored in JIRA database and not linked with Atlassian Account (id.atlassian.com).
