Send a mail (comment comes in mail) to particular user when reporter comments on issue

I want to Send a mail to particular user when reporter comments on issue and what comment reporter added recently that comment will come in the mail.

So how can I get "reporter comment" in mail body, is there any smart value or post function Please suggest me.

Scroll down a bit on the Smart values page and you should find a section on 'issue.comments'.
