Our Service Desk is disabled and it says Suspended. We've already funded the card and we were expecting the next billing is on Oct 28

Sorry to hear you've run into that hurdle. I'd suggest raising a ticket directly with support at https://support.atlassian.com/ and letting them know so they can rectify the situation immediately.

Just want to get this out here so anyone who will have the same experience know what to expect
Sept 28 was our last billing and it failed, it is indicated in the billing details that the next billing is on Oct 28
What we thought happened was our first billing will be on Oct 28 so we haven't funded the card and are planning to fund it a week before 28th
Oct 11 - 10pm GMT:08 Service desk was unavailable and it says suspended. I created an incident and confirmed that the card was already funded and ready for billing. I wasn't expecting it to be fixed within hours because it was a weekend and we only had a Standard Subscription which means we're only covered for M-F 9/5 support
Oct 12 - 7am GMT:08 I received a reply that the billing transaction pushed through and that the Service desk was reactivated
