I have 5 Service desk agents 4 of them are able to assign, change status and comments however 1 of them is unable to change the status of the requests i.e in progress, resolved, close. he doesn't have a visual of the option whatsoever.
I have made sure that his access rights etc are exactly the same as the other agents but this has not made any difference.
Can someone please help me?
