Often times we change the 'Reporter' on a ticket.
I am Looking for automation that will do the following: (I do the Automation for Jira Plugin)
Trigger - I changed the 'Reporter'
Action - Set the 'organization' field according to the new 'Reporter'

I looked at this rule, and my only issue was that fat it will create a new 'Organization'.
I'd rather manually create a new 'Organization'.
I thought there is a smart value attribute that can find the 'Organization' per the user.
Using the reporter’s email domain is a fantastic idea, but I think it will end up costing me more time removing organizations.

I did not.
I read that there is a feature that creates a new organization, and that is something I cannot use because it will build organizations that do not exist.
