Hello,

All my users can sign in in Jira using the single sign on function except one who have to request a password reset to access Jira, this access is done without any password request even single sign on, how can i fix it?

Hi Francisco,

I would like to check with you, if the issue is solved or not.

And if not, if you could clarify a bit more your problem.

Could you please let me know?

caroline.pngI've check the process she follow to loggin and she have an issue with Single Sign On, she only can log in through a "Reset Password Request". Iam an office365 admin and i've checked she can login in 365 with no problems. When she tries to log in Jira she enters her corporative email account and she gets the error in the picture above.

I've tested in 3 browsers cleaning their caches with her weboutlook open before cleaning the cache ane we get the same error of the pic every time. I've tried to login Jira in her computer and I had got any problems, she can't login in other computers and she have no problems to login Office 365.

She could access to her account through the reset password link but she have no password to reset and can't make any change in her account, she use the link like the way to be recognised as her corporative email account by Jira.
