I need to use the service desk 100% in Portuguese Brazil, how do it? It can not, is full of items in mixed English

JIRA Service Desk doesn't translate many items, which you can translate using plugin Translation for JSD. Have you tried to use it? Here you can find dokumentation: https://intenso.atlassian.net/wiki/display/SPFJSD/Translations
