I am trying to make my JSD portal public, so anyone can access and create a ticket. Without atlassian login.

I made the correct setting: http://prntscr.com/uwugks

But the URL https://ensinio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 does not allow. It keeps asking for login or signup. See: http://prntscr.com/uwuhdu

What am I doing wrong?
