Hello,
I'm currently admin of the sites of Jira/Confluence (Cloud). When I check the users subscriptions, I go to the 'Manage subscriptions' page, which shows me how many accounts are still available. I've been getting an error (see the image below) for a week now, and I cannot visualize the page of the 'Manage subscriptions', neither with the 'Retry' button. The same is for the other admins. Also, we are getting the exactly same error on the pages: Billing overview and Bill estimate. Cloud you please help us to resolve?

I saw that you created a ticket with our support as suggested by Charlie and they found out that this issue is related to a bug that happens when an add-on is removed from our Marketplace.
I’m sharing this detail here in case other community members face the same issue.

The support team resolved my issue on Jira/Confluence sites. They found out a bug and reported it here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11176

Issue 1: You would have been affected by the bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11401 or https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11176
Check billing information individually for each product at the site level instead of checking at the organization level.
If site-level billing does not work, try going to https://my.atlassian.com/
Issue 2 : This is if subscription billed in CCP
