Everytime I receive a notification from jira Service Desk, I can notice that it is in Text format, despite I have set and test all of them on my e-mail box.
Doas anyone know what can cause it?

You need to set HTML as the email format in the default user preferences.
Or you can put this after your instance link https://example.com /secure/admin/ViewUserDefaultSettings.jspa and make sure that you have HTML set there.

After changing that setting it worked!
