Wondering if it is possible to have one customer portal with multiple users?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring the customer portal

so they can see each others issues. Now I can only see my own requests. Would like to see my collegues issues aswell. Thanks /Kristian Enström (Wunderkraut)

Hi Kristian

Are your customers registered users of JIRA? Or are they just users of the portal? 

If they are regular JIRA users then you could make a group for the users and by the use of shared filters and dashboards provide visibility of the current and historic tickets.

If they are just portal users then at the moment the restriction is they can only see their own.
